Welcome to the Bergdahl Docket

This website has been created by the defense in the general court-martial case of Sergeant Robert B. (Bowe) Bergdahl in response to the high level of public interest in the case.

The Bergdahl Docket is simply a repository for case documents. It does not include classified submissions or rulings. Nor does it include commentary and there is no provision for posts or comments by third parties. We hope it will be useful to the public and the news media.

The U.S. Army Records Management and Declassification Agency’s electronic reading room for the court-martial can be found here.

The case was tried before Colonel Jeffery R. Nance, an Army military judge.
